Only if
If only now
The time stops
this moment
The metal
Shimmering
A contemplative glow
Of a retiring sun
The wobbling waves
On the golden black
Aquatic world
Hanging between
The city in steel
And the city
Upside down
Quivering
Somewhere in between
Lines in auburn
Drawn on a blushing
Sky canvas
Twigs entwined
In anticipation
Of end of Autumn
And a wintry chill
Awaiting the steel ropes
Of the hanging walkover
Bridge to shed the gold
And hug a silver
Glow from the midnight moon......
If only now
The time stops
this moment
The metal
Shimmering
A contemplative glow
Of a retiring sun
The wobbling waves
On the golden black
Aquatic world
Hanging between
The city in steel
And the city
Upside down
Quivering
Somewhere in between
Lines in auburn
Drawn on a blushing
Sky canvas
Twigs entwined
In anticipation
Of end of Autumn
And a wintry chill
Awaiting the steel ropes
Of the hanging walkover
Bridge to shed the gold
And hug a silver
Glow from the midnight moon......
